Domestic RO Membrane Sheets (HF & HR Series)

For municipal/borewell water desalination up to 1500–3000 ppm. HF and HR variants deliver exceptional purity for drinking water at low operating pressure.

  • HF: Rejection 99.3–99.5%, Flux 0.21–0.26 GFD/PSI
  • HR: Rejection 99.4–99.55%, Flux 0.20–0.25 GFD/PSI
  • Operating: 150 psi (1.03 MPa), pH 7.5–8.0

Industrial RO Membrane Sheets (ULP & HR Series)

For raw water and brackish water desalination up to 3000 ppm. Ideal for oil, pharma, cement, textile industries and power plant boiler feed water treatment.

  • ULP: Rejection ≥99.4%, Flux 0.19–0.24 GFD/PSI
  • HR: Rejection ≥99.7%, Flux 0.16–0.20 GFD/PSI
  • Near zero effluent discharge capability

HF Series — High Flow Membrane Sheets

Maximises water production at low pressure. Available in Domestic and Industrial grades. Width: 1067mm (42”), Thickness: 125–135 μm, Carton: 500 m².

  • Domestic HF: 99.3–99.5% rejection, up to 1500 ppm
  • Industrial ULP: ≥99.4% rejection, up to 1500 ppm
  • Test condition: 1000 ppm NaCl, 150 psi, 25°C

HR Series — High Rejection Membrane Sheets

Engineered for high TDS water up to 3000 ppm. Both Domestic HR and Industrial HR variants deliver maximum salt rejection for critical water purification needs.

  • Domestic HR: 99.4–99.55% rejection, up to 3000 ppm
  • Industrial HR: ≥99.7% rejection, up to 3000 ppm
  • Test condition: 1000–2000 ppm NaCl, 150 psi, 25°C

Production Workflow

Support Membrane Preparation

The base polyester non-woven fabric is coated with a polysulfone support layer to provide high mechanical strength and porosity.

Interfacial Polymerization

Advanced chemical reaction forms the Thin-Film Composite (TFC) polyamide active layer, the critical barrier for salt rejection.

Quality Inspection & Testing

Each batch undergoes rigorous real-time automated testing for flux, rejection rate, and physical integrity before packaging.
